Laughter is the Best Medicine

Last month I was with my mother whose Diabetes and otherwise not hyper tensive, her BP was constantly at its peak. She is recovering from a nasty fracture and has been in bed for 10 months so it’s only natural for some amount of depression everyday not able to go about doing things like a normal person.

As an advocate of Beatitude and Happiness in Lifestyle I decided to bring down her levels with my coy methods to live that has worked for me and for people around me in my presence just to help cheer up. But still considered radical within my own family.
The proof of the pudding is in the eating.

Although the so called scholars and its followers would say….
Unless I have a research paper or a doctorate there is no point we cannot reach the masses and make a change.so I continue to adopt my small methods and try it myself as a gpuinaepig and  try to radiate my way of communication and sharing to the world with the 5-10 people around me at any point of time whether at the supermarket, beach, conferences, reception/lobbies. What is great about this is that I have in my storytelling many memorable experiences to tell. The key was happiness spread to all whether through an enlightening idea or smile or joke that brings a smile.

During my visit to my family I was elated at the fact that how my facilitating some dance and laughter sharply brought down my mother’s alarming sugar and pressure levels the next few days.

So may I say that Happiness Cures. And however you choose to make someone happy do go ahead and do so!
